I am a psychotherapist providing private, high quality virtual teletherapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking meaningful and lasting change anywhere in the state of Texas. With a strong academic foundation and advanced counseling training, I offer a refined and thoughtful approach that respects each individual's lived experience while maintaining the highest standards of care.

I create a safe, confidential, and discreet space where clients can step away from external pressures and engage in deeper self reflection. My work integrates evidence based practices with a focus on clarity, purpose, and intentional growth, helping clients strengthen self awareness, emotional resilience, and mental flexibility.

My approach is collaborative, personalized, and insight driven, designed for individuals who value depth, discretion, and a tailored therapeutic experience. Sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing space for both exploration and forward movement, with the goal of creating sustainable, value aligned change in both personal and professional life.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and pets, and value a life that is both grounded and enriched. I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in nature, and staying active through hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, and windsurfing. I am also a lifelong learner with a deep appreciation for reading, global cultures, and language, which broadens my perspective and informs my work with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide 48 hours notice if they need to cancel and/or reschedule. Providing less than 48 hours notice or no showing an appointment results in responsibility for full session fee. Fee will be charged on the day of the missed appointment.
